I lost my product key and need help

  Hi,
  
   When I bought my laptop back in '07 it came with a Home and Office trail key. After 3 months of  using it I finally decide it to get the full version.
  Then one day my husband saw that my laptop was runing a little slow. So he went on and erase some programs including my home and office.
  Now I want to get it back but i can't find my product key.  I know that I need a new one I just don't know how to get it.
  Can you please help?
