  • Hi, Moonlight2000.

Do you mean like these learning plans on Windows Server 2012?
    http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/Catalog.aspx?nav=trainingtype%3aLearningPlanV2&qry=server+2012

You can also access free training at:
    http://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/colleges/windowsserver2012

As well, you may want to check out the TechNet Virtual Labs, here:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/virtuallabs/bb467605.aspx

    Good luck!

  • Same thing here.

Activated the E-Learning - Servers benefit provided by Software Assurance, but all the material is old.

SQL Server only goes to 2008, SharePoint to 2010, Windows Server 2008

Has this all been replaced by MVA?

  • Aren't the courses in my first link the exact same courses that you see when you log into https://business.microsoftelearning.com?

Don't you still set up a learning plan using the classes in my first link?

MVA (my second link) will always offers you the latest training on the latest available Microsoft tools.

  • Hi Davin,

    Not the same.

For example, if I go into "Assign Training", create learning plan, select the "Software Assurance-Servers" Subscription and then go to add content to it, there's nothing more recent than Windows Server 2008, Sharepoint 2010 and SQL Server 2008. Oddly, there's Dynamics CRM 2013.

The learning.microsoft.com is just a list of articles, exams, books and courses. There's no real material in there.

https://business.microsoftelearning.com contains real courses, but nothing recent.

So my guess is that https://business.microsoftelearning.com is effectively dead for IT Pro material and it's all been moved to MVA.
