  • Hi,

    We have the option "Deny all add-ons unless specifically allowed in the
    Add-on List" set to enabled in group policy by our administrator. This is
    preventing Microsoft CRM 3.0 from running both in Outlook and in Internet
    explorer.
    We have enabled all Microsoft ActiveX and add-on's listed in the Internet
    explorer's add-on manager but we are still having problems running CRM.
    Are there any special add-ons that should be enabled in Internet explorer to allow CRM to
    function correctly?

    You can't start CRM Outlook client? Or what?
