I am at my wits end. I ordered Windows 7 Professional (Full) for download from the Microsoft Store in Australia just prior to release. You've taken my money, but I am still unable to download my software. Support keep giving me the run-around and the msstore email address is unresponsive. I am sick to death of poor customer service and if I cannot get my software I want my money back...but no-one responds to that either. How can I escalate to get some resolution? Msstore reports my order as Pending and has done for over a week.
