  • Dear customer,

Sorry to hear about the problem you encountered. Would you like to try the audio troubleshooters on http://support.microsoft.com/gp/no_sound? It detects and resolves a few common "no sound" problems.

  • Hi Usa2340,

Could you check if your sound card drive has been installed?

E.g. Click on "Start Menu" -> Right click on "Computer" ->"Properties" -> Click on "Device Manager"

Then you can see if there has any ! on "Sound, video and gaming controller" if so, maybe you can try to download a driver for your sound card.

if it is a onboard sound card, maybe you can check on your BIOS, if you have enabled it.

Please correct me if my concept is wrong
