    Hello:
    First at all Christian greetings,  I am writing because I bought the program and I recived the purchase information, however where is the program it self could I received it by mail, because I want to get it and also I have installed the trial version in my computer, But is not fully protected, could I please get  directions, specifically on how to install it and how could I get the all program not only online but the hard copy of it, please advise, yours in service,JV

    Hello to you.

    The trial is the full version. It simply needs to be activated.
    there is no "hard copy" as the installation always need to go online to get the latest bits for the install process.

     

    Did you purchase by clicking Subscribe in OneCare or did you purchase by signing in at the OneCare web site? If the latter, click subscribe in OneCare and sign in with the *same* LiveID you used to purchase the subscription.
