  • why i still can not to validate windows after format windows?? i sent to repair shop when my pc can not log on windows.when i want to activate product key..i have received message "The product key you have entered matches the product key currently in use.please try again"....what`s that mean??

    Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) program forum. 
    Your issue is related to Windows Product Activation.  In an attempt to assist I would like to provide some information which may or may not help.

    From the Desktop:

    1.

    Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then Activate Windows.

    Or, click the Windows Activation icon in the taskbar notification area next to the clock.

    2.

    Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to activate Windows now.

    3.

    Click Read the Windows Product Activation Privacy Statement, click Back, and then click Next.

    4.

    Follow the steps in the “Activate Windows by phone” dialog box, and then click Next.

    Note The number appears now and differs based on the location that you select.

    5.

    When activation is completed and you receive the following message:

    You have successfully activated your copy of Windows

    Then click OK.
