One Care invalid Key RRS feed

    I purchased a retail box of Once care at Circuit City today.  I've spent a few hours trying ti get the key to work.  It keeps telling me it is an invalid key.  The characters are very clear and easy to read.  What do I do?  Can't call Microsoft, no number?

    Double check the characters, perhaps under a magnifying glass. Consider exchanging the retail box for another copy at Circuit City. You can contact support using the Trial User option to open an email case per the FAQ -

    If you can provide a digital image of the retail key to support, they can assist in validating the key for you.
