Currently our client is using Dynamics CRM 4.0 and we have faced very strange issue. We have 2 records for one of the user in databsae. One is disabled and another is Active. When we have configured outlook client for that user, sometimes user is facing
issues during synchronization process and appointments gets disappeared from user's outlook.
We have resolved this issue by setting deleteionstatecode flag to 1 from backend in disabled user reord (I know its unsupported but thats the only way we can fix it).
So my quesion is, as we are thinking to migrate from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 and then to CRM 2013, will the same issue will happen for these versions also or microsoft have fixed that? Because I will not have deletionstatecode field in CRM 2011 and CRM 2013.
So I will not able to set deletionflag in future versions.
