    how can i restore my phone to its original form. im trying to restore becouse when i close it the screen blurs and colors get all wierd and i remember this happening to me MP3 and i restored it and it worked fine after. plz help

    You can do a hard reset which will bring back your device to the original manufacturer settings.

     

    See if you have under start->accessoires-> an option to select clear storage which is a hard reset.

     

    other wise try the following:

    press the power button, while keep holding on to the 2 softkeys until the screen asks you if you want to do a master reset

    select yes and voila

    the soft keys would be locate on top of the home and back keys correct?

    i dont hold down the power button right? just 2 soft keys and press power botton?

    while the unit is turned off.

     

    Hold down continuesly the 2 soft keys and hold down the power button as well

    very nice thanx alot!! it told me to press send to restore and some other thing but yea i pressed on the right soft key i think it worked not sure
