Can't access reports. RRS feed

  • Question

  •

    Hi all,

I have a user who can work with opportunities and customers both in outlook 2003 and on the webclient. When she push

the reports button she gets a error. "Contact your system admin". We run the clients on win2k with SQL server 2005.

    Any help?

    Regards,

Dear, can you check it plz

    installed CRM 3.0 rollup #2

    connect to the http://servername/reportserver

Try to re-config  the report services(Reporting Services Configuration).

You can check following as well..

    1. Can you open your reports server? http://servername/reports
    2. create a new application pool and set the following virtual directories to run on that pool
    /Reports/
    /ReportServer/
    3. Then change /Reports/ and /ReportServer/ to run on .net 2.0
Do this by going to IIS and expanding your CRM web site. You will have the reports virtual directories listed there and on their properties menu there will be a .net tab where you can choose what version to run.
    4. verify you can now access your reports server.

    Regards,

    Imran

  • Imran thx for quick replay.

The fault was in iE where the user had unchecked the Enable Integrated Windows Authentication.
