Customize the case resolution Entity in CRM2011 RRS feed

  • Hi Experts,

    can u please give the suggestion how to customize the case resloution entity in supported way like remove attributes and attributes on the form in CRM 2011?

    Unfortunately the case resolution entity does not allow for the form to be customized or for new forms to be created.  Can you describe your scenario and I can follow up with the feature teams to see what we can do to enhance this in the future.
