Any changes to IOfficeAntivirus? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi!

I've built a small Antivirus-Component which ran without problems in the past time.

The component is written in C# and makes use of IOfficeAntivirus-Interface.

I've now installed some new Windows-Computers and with Win 10 Creators Fall update and Office 365 plus my component.

The problem now is, that the component is not called anymore! I've tried to debug it and i've enabled fusion log, but nothing happened!

Does anybody know why? Are there any changes to this interface?

I've read about Windows Defender and some updates, but I can disable Defender and nothing happens.

    Any hint would be great!

  • Hi AlexNbg,

I can see that you are using  IOfficeAntivirus-Interface.

but this forum only handles Office Object model related issues.

I try to communicate with other forums which can be suitable and handles these kind of issue.

but none of the forum support  IOfficeAntivirus-Interface.

so I move this thread to 'Where is the Forum For…? ' Forum.
