CRM 2013 Outage Intermittently RRS feed

  • Users have reported that they have been intermittently receiving the message, "This page can't be displayed" when attempting to access CRM 2013 through Internet Explorer/Chrome. This is happening to all users in an organization. After 3-4 minutes the issue appears to resolve itself and the login page becomes available again. The issue repeats after around 30 minutes - 2 hours.

    The users get a blank screen or page not responding or page not found or endless loading when this issue occurs.

    I haven't been able to find any lead when reviewing the event log. The server 's resource utilization looks alright. The users started noticing this behavior after SP1 UR2 installation.

    I have not been able to reproduce the issue so far.

    Has anyone experiencing this issue? Any information would be helpful.
