  • Hello Simba79,

Your HP Pavilion computer has nongenuine installations of both Windows XP Pro and Office Enterprise 2007.

Since the computer does have a CoA for Windows we know it shipped from HP with Genuine Windows.  IMHO your best option would be to order a set of recovery discs from HP so you can put the Genuine Windows back onto the computer.  Start here:  http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00810334&tmp_track_link=ot_recdoc/c00034787/en_us/c00810334/loc:1&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=18703

Running the recovery will erase your nongenuine Office.  Your computer also has a not yet activated OEM licensed installation of Office Basic 2003, so you can use your Office Basic 2003 discs to reinstall Office Basic 2003 after you run the recovery.
