We are using the MS Dynamics CRM Outlook plugin on Microsoft Outlook 2010 x86. When I go into File > CRM > Options > Email, the option "Select the email messages to track in Microsoft Dynamics CRM" is set to "Email messages in response to CRM
email" and is greyed out. We would like to set this to track all email messages for certain users. Any ideas why this option may not be available?
An absurdly easly solution. Guess I didn't put the two together since they are separated by a horizontal line, so I figured they were unrelated. Thanks for the help!
