Cant install wga, and any other application on windows vista 32-bit

  Hi,,
  Am running windows vista 32-bit. Am experiencing problems with installing windows genuine advantage. Other than that i cant install any other program. the system keeps telling me i dont access to the folders in which the file are being copied. Any one with any help.
