Unable to fill in "We need a few more detils screen" after logging into MSDN RRS feed

  • I cannot get past this screen when I log in to MSDN it always shows up. The 'Country/Region' drop down is blank and cannot be filled in. My account already has this information so I am not sure why it is promting me for this at login. I have tried this in Chrome, Firefox and IE.

    If anyone knows how to get past this screen then I would appreciate some help. I don't know how to contact Microsoft for help with this as they don't seem to have a support email. Thanks
