Tracking e-mails with no contact in CRM RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    I'm thinking this has a simple answer... I sent an e-mail to a customer and right clicked on the sent e-mail and tracked in CRM. The customer said he didn't receive the e-mail and it turns out I had his e-mail address wrong. However, it was still tracked in CRM - against an e-mail address/contact that the CRM didn't know of. Where will this e-mail appear in CRM if the e-mail address isn't a known e-mail address in CRM?

  • if you go to Workplace -> activities -> select Email -> All Emails views..

    this will displayed all emails in CRM system and you should be able view/search your tracked email here..
