  • How do I tune up and back-up drive D: ?

  • If the D: drive is a second internal drive, it should be available to OneCare's backup settings and it should be scanned for malware and Defrag will also make a pass at it during Tune-up. There is no configuration for Tune-up other than the schedule.

    If D: is an external drive, it can't be backed up, nor will a Defrag execute on it. You'd have to do the latter manually via Start/All programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Defragmenter

  • If D: is an internal drive, check your Backup plan settings to make sure that it is included and not excluded.

    Open OneCare, change settings, backup tab, configure backup, select your PC, click change. Click on What.
