  • Dear Jeff,

It appears that the version of Microsoft Office 2007 you purchased was a Retail version, and therefore not eligible for this promotion. Information on eligible product part numbers is available on this web page: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/

    Thank you,

    Jenifer

  • Dear Jeff,

Which offer did you attempt to redeem?

    Thank you,

    Jenifer

  • I attempted to redeem the Office 2007 pack.  When I attempted to redeem the pack, I had not yet installed the Office suite (but was planning to later that day).  So, after I installed Office, I retried the redemption, but it was still coming up with the error (because the verifying software was incorrectly assuming I still did not have Office installed).

    Thanks for your help!
