    How do I sign out of live mail and Hotmail on windows 8.

    If you are signing into Windows 8.x with your Hotmail/Live ID, you will need to log into the machine with a different account (either local, domain, or Live ID).

    Go to Control Panel.

    Select Users and create a local administrator account.

    Switch to Tile View.

    Click your name in the upper right corner and click Log Out.

    Log in with the other account.
