Dynamics CRM 2015 : Back button on Internet Explorer not working RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    I have Dynamics CRM 2015 configured in my environment and many users are complaining that whenever they are clicking the back button on their browser in Internet Explorer, they have to click many times for them to be able to go back.

    I have check on chrome, but in chrome the back button works correctly, in only one click the back button works fine.

    My issue is that the users should use Internet Explorer itself.

    Any help/guide would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hello,

    Suggest users not to use IE. If this is not an option - get in touch with Microsoft Support and open support ticket to resolve issue.

  • Ensure the user has CRM added to trusted sites and restore IE to its default settings. It is possible that you have some IE setting that is interfering with expected behavior.
