Migrate to live servers

  Hi,

  We've been evaluating Dynamics in house on local servers and have been customising it along the way. Now we've decided to go ahead and we want to deploy it to production servers.

  Our test environment is a single domain containing 3 servers with Active Directory, SQL 2008 and Dynamics Professional

  The production environment is the same with 3 different servers in a different AD domain, the production Dynamics is the Enterprise edition.

  Whats the best way to migrate our data and customisations into the production environment as a seperate Organisation.
