     Hi,

              I am maintaining the CRM 2013 portal in my company. One sales person created their own personal view dashboard on CRM . he left the company. As i CRM admin, how can i see his personal view dashboard and setting the permission to new user.

    Hi,

    you got multiple options to fix this, some of them mentioned below.

    1. you can reassign all records belonging to this sales person to some other sales person or your self. to do this go to user record on this sales person and there should be reassign button there.

    This options reassign all records (not just this specific view)..

    2. you could write small program which can run assign this existing specific personal view to your self, so you need to run program impersonating this sales user. Following article related to this is for CRM 2011, you could write similar thing for CRM 2013

    Hi mayank,

                       Thanks for your solution. I have a very basic question on CRM. My current environment is a CRM 2013 . I am working as a CRM admin. but, I am unable to view anyone personal view data's ,if they created themselves. is there a way i can see all users personal views, if they created anything?
