Hi,
you got multiple options to fix this, some of them mentioned below.
1. you can reassign all records belonging to this sales person to some other sales person or your self. to do this go to user record on this sales person and there should be reassign button there.
This options reassign all records (not just this specific view)..
2. you could write small program which can run assign this existing specific personal view to your self, so you need to run program impersonating this sales user. Following article related to this is for CRM 2011, you could write similar thing for CRM 2013
