Lost disc RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have unintentionally deleted Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage and cant access my outlook contacts. How can I get a copy of the "CD Rom" which my system asks me to install so that it can install what i need?

  • No-one carries new stock of an item 15 years old! - particularly one that is very possibly counterfeit in the first place, since OXP+FP was if I remember right, only issued as a Volume Licensed product.

Your only hopes if you really need the disk are either to find a download of the ISO file, or a copy on eBay - in either case you should be VERY careful about the presence of malware!

It may however simply be a case of a faulty setting somewhere - you should repost in the Office Community forums where you may be able to get help.

No - I do not work for Microsoft, or any of its contractors.
