When phone-mode or computer mode calls are received or originated by the OC Client - the incoming and outgoing call logs are generated very inconsistently. Has anyone seen similar inconsistent behavior?
We are integrating OCS 2007 Released version with Outlook 2003 SP2.
we notice that the incoming/outgoing/missed calls are not always logged in my outlook folder. Sometimes they are not logged.. thats what I meant by inconsistent..
