PLEASE HELP - Can't view or configure backups via Windows Home Server Console - How to fix? RRS feed

  • I am haing a heck of a time finding out how to fix this. Problem:

    The daily backup are still being performed but when I try to view backups via console on the server, nothing happens and the Backup Now and Configure tabs are greyed out.  Also, when I go to the backup settings via the settings console, nothing is displayed except for "The Windows Home Server Computer Backup Service is not Running.....".  BUT IT IS!!!

    I have restarted the server, I have applied all updates, I have even tried the Backup Database Repair.  NADA...still the problem exist.
