  • Dear Friendly Vista Marketing Manager,

Thank you for your interest in the Buy Local program, however it appears that you are not eligible as you did not purchase your machine from a system builder, as stated in your diagnostic report:

    Windows License Type: Retail

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or comments.

    Thanks!

    Chell

If I am unable to get a response to my concerns through this forum is it possible to have someone else look into it?

    Thanks,
