off topic - unknown Trojan?

Hello,
I have run a deep scan using Microsofts scanning tool. It came up clean on any viruses. However my many serious problems still exist.
Something is stepping all over my computer applications.
Word will disappear, emails are disrupted. highlight, copy and paste are very difficult if I can do it at all. I try to place the cursor where it should be and the whole sentence is highlighed over and over again to the point where I save the doc and leave my work hanging.
I had tried a system restore before chatting with McAfee which the possible trojan interupted. The trojan knows not to let me go to the mcafee links that would guide me in removing the trojan via DOS. The message on the url shows that the site is unavailable. This is not true. When I press the matter in trying to get to a fixit website, many webpages show up and my system crashesSince I am trying onecare, I have had to remove McAfee.
People, I am paid by the hour and I have lost 32 hours worth of pay. This is not good. I live from paycheck to paycheck.
I have used microsoft's onecare tools to attempt a defrag, restry tune up and other issue, but nothing is stopping these problems.
Can anyone help me?
