    Hi, we got our laptop about 2-3 years ago. When we got it there wasnt one disc in the box. We called and were told thats how it's done now and we dont need any. Well somehow one of my kids got into add and remove software and removed windows office 12 and sonic update manager is trying right now to either install or uninstall on its own. No matter how often I press cancel it still keeps popping up. Even after logging off then on again!  How do I reinstall anything that was removed if we werent given software? I tried system restore to a date in Jan but it still keeps happening. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
