I've been using Windows Live OneCare since June 2007. I just renewed my Subscription on 6/13/08 for one more full year to 6/13/2009. I know because I used my American Express Card and DOCUMENTED this Renewal Date. But, all of a sudden the CIRCLE was STAYING RED no matter what I did to try and fix it. The help pages suggesed that I remove the Windows Live OneCare from my Computer and then Re-Install it. I did that too! Now the NEW installation tells me that it's only temporary and I keep getting messages to PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. But, I am already paid-infull THROUGH June 2008. Can anybody help me with this SPECIFIC PROBLEM??? I cannot find any further help from the Help Pages. I have my Account ID for the Windows Live OneCare. Is there someone who can look this up and contact me with the information you have on-file for me? Thank You.
