Outlook plug in for CRM 2013 sometimes doesn't pull up a new email RRS feed

    Sometimes when use the Outlook CRM plug in and I go to add a new email activities in a lead, opportunity, or account it doesn't pull up a new email. I have to close out of the lead, opportunity, or account and reopen it and then try it again. I've noticed this happening a lot when I'm in a lead, opportunity, or account for a longer period of time.

    What is happening?
