Communitar cannnot signing. Two server roles have different server versions. RRS feed

    After installing the OCS Server I get the following error message: Two server roles at FQDN [OCS01.domain.com] have different server versions. First server has GUID {57...} and role 'Conferencing Server' (version 3). Second server has GUID {08...} and role 'Authorized Host' (version 0).  When I try to signing with communicator I get the following message "Cannot sign into communicator because the sign-in address was not found..."

     

    Does anybody have any idea. Thanks in advance.

    Have you installed OCS before on a server with the same name? I'm guessing you may have not deactivated the services before uninstalling them?

    Jeff Schertz has an excellent post on removing the AD entries from an old or deleted server. You may want to try that to clear up any old servers you hadn't properly removed. Here's the link - https://blogs.pointbridge.com/Blogs/schertz_jeff/Pages/Post.aspx?_ID=13
