Hi: I'm trying to renew my subscription to one care. We bought the version we have at the store and installed it. The next year, we had to do the same thing and this year I remember why: I'm imputing my address and there is no option other than United States. However, I live in Canada and am unable to fill in my province and country...and it's not fond of my postal code (zip # in U.S. talk) Is there a way I can renew on line or do I have to go back to the store and install it yet again...thanks for any assistance in advance of the fact.
