  • In CRM outlook client, when we set personal options to use Outlook email form , then it uses Outlook form for new email but it uses CRM form when we reply/forward to an existing email. Can we change it to always use outlook form only? Is it a bug?

    I want Outlook form that's why I changed the personal options.

    I didnot understand the solution.

    Does it mean create a custom reply button and provide above code on onclickecent, but how will it open the outlook email form?

  • youre correct, I think this is misscnfigured..

    delete the configuration, via internetexploerer check youre options, then configure crm for outlook again and test
