VPN and Internet Issues on Surface Pro 4 Using Windows 10

    When I connect my Surface Pro 4 to my home Wi-Fi, there are no issues. However, when I log on to my VPN to access my work desktop, the connection is established, but my Internet access is disconnected. Once I disconnect from my VPN, I no longer have problems with connecting to Internet via my home Wi-Fi.  Please advise.
