  • Question

  • Dear Microsoft Genuine Advantage Offer,

Please redeem...on 7/26/08 I purchased a computer system with Vista Premium preinstalled from Tiger Direct/Comp USA (same company) during the eligibility dates of your offer.

The terms read: "For a license to be eligible it must have one of the part numbers on this page OR be purchased through one of the PC builders listed on this page."

The WGA report is pasted below.

Purchase one of these part numbers -- OR -- Purchase from one of these PC Builders

Contact me at the email address attached to this post and I will provide a forward of the purchase confirmation email from the seller.

    Thanks for your attention.

    Regards,

    Jorgia

Your MGA report indicates you have a Gateway computer with a Gateway preinstalled version of Windows Vista.  Gateway is a major OEM supplier and is not eligible for the Bonus Pack Offer.

    Please review the following:

Bonus Pack - Frequently Asked Questions

How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?
