open send email RRS feed

  • Question

  •   My reason for asking help is I can’t open my email, or send emails because:                                                                                                        “Something happened on our end. Please refresh your browser or close it and sign in again.”

    “Outlook.com was not able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report.”

    Or I get:  404 - File or directory not found.

    "The resourse you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is tempotarilly unavailabe.

    Sometimes I’m just looking at all my email and it says “This task could not be completed. Please try again.”   When I try to close it it keeps popping up again and again.

    Fortunately I am having my email forwarded to ZOHO.com, so I can open my email and send email.

    Using Win7 Pro ...cleared my cookies twice.

    Have you tried a different computer?

    Have you tried a different email account?
