    Recreation: Open up a forum topic, now open up a window for reply, then before typing in the reply, go back and mark that one to which the reply is for as "Mark as Answer"...  Notice that the reply window dissapears, but the state logic still thinks it's open.  Reason: Because if you press the reply button again (because there's no reply window) the program tells you the "Reply window is already opened".
