  • Hi,

    What is the best way to handle CRM users who use multiple brands (and so multiple POP3 email addresses on different domains)

    As far as I can see it's only possible within a users options to specify one POP3 mailbox?

  • That is correct, you can create multiple user accounts (each with one different POP# mailbox as the main email address).

     

    CRM will only recognize the email address localted on the main email address field.
