I am trying to install OneCare but Dotnet is interefering. I removed all the Dotnet files that the search utility can find, but still no dice! I restarted over and over...nothing. OneCare still says that it cannot install because of Dotnet.

Net framework is necessary for One Care installation. See this website for a net framework removal tool before reinstalling netframework 2.0 or above -
