  • Unfortunately, your Acer computer has a counterfeit copy of Windows 7 Ultimate installed.  In order to fix this problem, you can either reformat your hard drive and reinstall the original Windows operating system that came originally with your Acer computer, or purchase a genuine "Full Version" of a Windows 7 edition and perform a "clean install".  You can purchase genuine Windows 7 software from the Microsoft Store.

As Carey says, it appears that someone has misguidedly upgraded your Acer to Ultimate, using a stolen and blocked Key, and a hacker’s Loader program.
If the Acer Recovery partition is still present, you should be able to use that to get back to ex-factory condition (or if you created the disks on receipt, you can use them) – remember that you will lose ALL data on at least the C: drive – so back up to external media first.
If you have neither the Recovery Partition nor the disks, you can order a set of disks from Acer for a modest fee.

what should i do? please help me,.
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
    - **in your own thread**, please

As Carey says, it appears that someone has misguidedly upgraded your Acer to Ultimate, using a stolen and blocked Key, and a hacker’s Loader program.
If the Acer Recovery partition is still present, you should be able to use that to get back to ex-factory condition (or if you created the disks on receipt, you can use them) – remember that you will lose ALL data on at least the C: drive – so back up to external media first.
If you have neither the Recovery Partition nor the disks, you can order a set of disks from Acer for a modest fee.
