I keep getting prompted to activate my windows-but i get a message that my product key is not valid

I get a prompt to activate my windows..i enter the product key it says its not valid and yet when i re-installed windows on my computer it gave no errors of compatibility at the time of prompting me to enter the product key. Now i find a prompt 3 days to activate windows. I am the only user and my desktop the only computer that i use.

There doesn't appear to be any problem in the report - have you checked that you are reading the right characters from the COA sticker??
0xC004F050 usually means that you've misread a character - either C/G/6 or B/8 or Y/V
are the most common.Note that the following characters cannot be used - A E I L N O S U Z 1 0 - so don't bother trying unless you like the noise it makes :)
an O/0 is almost always a Q
If it still fails, please install the WAT Update http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971033 and run another MGADiag report - it will give more details.
