Too many undelivered emails RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We just started marketing procedures after 2 years. The problem is that many of our clients' emails in our database have changed/closed over this time with the result many of them to return back failed/undelivered. Is there a faster way than searching each one separately and change it in the crm? Like exporting all the emails from the outlook inbox (main body, not sender)?

    Your help will be much appreciated.Thank you very much in advance

  • Hello,

    A quick way of updating data would be to export them (including headers; you will see this checkbox on the export of data), editing the exported data in Excel and then use the import wizard to re-import it. I have not tested this method on emails. Give a try to see if it helps you.
