OCS 2007 R2 Call Center scenario RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We would like to configure 1 number (ext. 6020) for scenario where the auto-answer will inform about operators occupation whereas the call "will be searching" for unoccupied operator? Could we achieve this with OCS 2007 R2 Attendant Console or should implement third party solution, eg. Cisco Unified Call Center?
