Palm tungsten E transfer contacts to my Ipod

I have a Vista Premium and need desperately to transfers all my contacts from my Palm Tungsten E into my ipod and need your help please. I have tried unsuccessfully to download microsoft outlook even though I have the Microsoft Office 2003 installed in my computer using vista without any problems and it is saying that it does not recognize any office installed. Would you help me?
