  • The reply I marked as helpful yesterday (in the thread I linked above) was the reply by Santhosh Sivarajan. Today the total helpful votes is 0, although I see "Already voted" when I hoover over the total. I cannot vote, because I already did. Clearly, the total should be at least 1, but perhaps it should be 2 if someone else voted today. Also, I see in my profile that I have been credited with having voted on this thread. I assume I was credited with 1 vote, rather than -1.

  • Thank you for that. I just checked the Profile for Santhosh (whose reply we marked) and I see only one "Contributed a helpful post" for that thread credited to him.

  • Yes, this actually used to happen quite frequently, we fixed most of it, but every so often this still happens.
