windows 10 apps no longer run RRS feed

    I cannot run any apps in Windows 10 including Feedback I get the following error for any app I try to run.

    The error is not very helpful.

    EXPLORER.EXE

    Windows cannot find ". Make sure you've typed the name correctly, then try again.

    It appears that my PC was in the middle of an update although there was no indication. I discovered it when I checked for updates to see if there was one.

    everything is fine now
