problem upgrading from Vista to Windows 7 RRS feed

    Where do I ask a question about a problem upgrading from Vista Ultimate to Windows 7? I've tried 7 Professional N and Ultimate N (which is what is available to me through my MSDN subscription), but neither are allowed and I don't want to do a new install. The message is "Windows Vista Ultimate cannot be upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate N."
